I'm making 24 sliders tomorrow night to feed these boys up here at work. I figured four different types.

Any good suggestions?

Egg
Avacado
Bacon
???

I plan on using King Hawiian Rolls unless there is a better suggestion.

Those are cool Jax, but I meant 4 different burger sliders.

I know I am going to do one with fried egg and probably one with avacado/guacamole.

Don't use bacon on a slider if you want to taste the beef.

I like the KH rolls but imo Martin's Potato rolls are better. You don't get that sweetness from them like KH has, which is a good thing to me. The meat should be the star of the show.

Caramelized onions are always a good option, really fine cut pico is great on one with melted pepper jack, you should always have one traditional w/maybe a pickle slice and american cheese and lastly I'd do a jalapeño mayo w/your avocado suggestion.

Just don't overcook the pattie. It's so easy to do. Go really hot fire for a quick sear and med-med well doneness....med well being max. Kosher salt/black pepp/garlic powder seasoning. imho, of course.

Not a big fan of stacking fried stuff atop a burger.....let the burger speak for itself. Plus it's a hassle. Stick to condiments or toppings easily prepped in advance.
--Pimento cheeseburgers
--homemade spicy ketchup or garlic mayo
--hot pepper jelly

Obvious answer is brown sugar sprinkled, grilled pineapple.

Seems like a fried egg would be too big for a slider

Made my sliders tonight, they came out pretty damn well.

I ended up making 3 different types instead of four. I did the beef patty like they did in the video posted above, I made one large patty in a glass baking pan, perfect size for a KH loaf.

Breakfast Slider - bacon & over easy egg with chedder cheese, regular KH loaf. I baked the bacon, cheese, patty, and bread all together, added egg when served.

Mexican Slider - pepper jack, guacamole, and jalapeño KH loaf (didn't know they had this). Baked patty, cheese, and bread all together, added guac when served.

Swiss/Mushroom - Swiss cheese, carmalized onions & mushrooms, homemade fried onion straws, on regular KH loaf. I built and baked the entire sandwich with carmalized onions & mushrooms, added fried onions when served.
