Jersey Mikes
Jason's Deli
For me, Firehouse and Jimmy Johns are the best.
Jason's Deli is crap.
Subway is gross.

Had Firehouse last month for the first time and was unimpressed. Haven't really found a sub place that impresses me yet, which is why I stick to Anthony's Italian Deli.

Firehouse and Quizno's are nearly identical.

Subway- I eat the most because it's the only one near me, was way better back in the day when they use to slice their own meat daily and cut the bread with the v-grove on the top
Jimmy Johns- a couple steps above Subway, nothing really special
Firehouse-Had it once, got a pastrami, wasn't impressed.
Blimpie- step above Subway
Quiznos- same a Blimpie but more expensive
Jersey Mikes-never had it
Jason's Deli-never had it
None of these can beat just about any decent local po-boy shop.

1. Jimmy Johns- hero, chicken bacon ranch, cheddar brisket all really good IMO
2. Quiznos- RIP I used to love the baja chicken sandwich
3. Blimpie- only one I know about and go to is right there off the interstate Lobdell exit
4. Jimmy Johns- pretty lame sandwich for what you pay for but I do like the bread and the mayo...and their house brand chips are pretty good
5. Subway- too many better options now days so I havent been there in years. Too much bread IMO
