Eat sald for lunch

Eat as much meat as fast as you can. When you feel stuffed, unbotton pants, take an alka seltzer and eat more

Whatever you do, don't go binge drinking after. Did that once for my birthday and ended up with filet wrapped in bacon and pork ribs all over my bed the next morning

Cut the meat they bring you in very thin slices... Drink lots wine.
You don't have to get a big hunk of everything they offer.

i ate like a king, probably 10,000 calories worth and then went to concert and pounded gin and tonics

threw it all up an hour later

i love texas de brazil. i know it sounds weird but go to the salad bar first, shite is legit. plus it will cut down on the amount of meat you will be eating

Why would anyone want to do that?

The point of going there is for a glutony of meatz, not spring mix with balsamic

Because the salad bar is way more than spring mix. Best salad bar I've ever seen and so clean and fresh. Bisque is legit. That and the salad bar are far better than the meat.

I agree. Not a big fan of the meats actually. If I want steak, then I want a huge hunk of steak, not tiny slices off a skewer. Guess the place isn't for me.

If Gris Gris says it's legit, you need to have it. A bowl before you meat gorge, maybe one after.

Just sayin.
