I have about a beer a week at most. May drink 2-3 for a crawfish boil or BBQ.

I've cut way back on beer trying to cut most carbs and sugars out of of diet. Just trying to drop about 25-30 lbs. I'm drinking wine mostly now but only have a glass about 2-4 times per week.

Prolly 2-3 X week. however, my whiskey/bourbon uptake has increased over the past year. And I have too many friends that love to drink so, happy hour is often....

I'm 31 and in the process of cutting back on the insane pounding of beer. i have 1-2 drinks every night now. either craft brew or red wine. my body just doesn't respond well anymore. i have issues with dehydration and the resulting effects and my hangovers are way worse than they used to be. beach season is gonna be tough, just gotta substitute water or cokes and only drink a fragment of what i used to. getting old sucks a fat one.

Not at all. Been sober for 13 years now. Lets just say it was in my best interest.

Before I got sober, 2-3 beers and half a liter of Dewar's daily.

How often do you drink and how much? For me 4-5 times a week depending on work schedule and usually 4-6 beers per time drinking!

Pretty much the same for me, but only 1-2 beers on weekdays.

Every big mistake I've ever made has been under the influence. 9/10 I can handle my alcohol but that one time is usually life changing. My most recent frick up may prove that I have run out of luck but if not then I'm making a change for the better

"Every time I drink I don't make a big mistake, but every big mistake I have made happened while drinking." I've heard that a hundred times, and can easily identify with it.

For what it's worth, the cliche heard inside of twelve step meetings is: every time I drank, I didn't get in trouble, but every time I got in trouble, I had been drinking.

Best of luck to you whatever the outcome.

Probably average about 25-30 a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Been in the process of cutting back, but the past few days were rough since it was Rodeo weekend here. My problem is sometimes I'll have a few and then have the sense to call it, and then other times I go from 1 to 15 without even thinking about it.
