Didn't know that either, you couldn't pay me to eat or drink at Half Shell, place is awful
I wouldn't know if it is better or not. It sucked before they bought it so I quit a long time ago.

Did the one on Nicholson close? If so that breaks my heart a little bit. Used to know the bartender there back when I was in school. I was underage, but my roommate and I would go up there and drink pitchers of Killian's 2-3 nights a week. Great memories.

Great Club sandwich, Chicken and Cheese Po-Boy is good. Was one of my favorite places growing up.

I hear they're making a significant push to host the Ceauxch Eaux Radieaux Sheaux

The one on Nicholson closed a year or two ago. Apparently, they didn't want to put up with all of the roadwork they're going to be doing around there in the near future.

I used to eat the club sandwich and fries there about once a month when I lived in BR.
The food was nothing new, but it was pretty consistently good if you stay away from the hamburgers. They were always overcooked and dry when I would try one.
I think they'll be around in BR for quite some time. I always felt like they could improve the atmosphere a little bit and make it easier to watch a game in there. Is this what they did at the government location?

If you aren't an arseinclarse alter, you two need to team up on a new blog. This is gold

Live near the one on bluebonnet. I personally think it's a little expensive for what you get but it usually has a lot of people there.

The one on Government Street is mostly full every time I go in it, and so is the one in Gonzales (which has a larger menu including pizzas). All Brewbachers are individually owned and the food tastes a little different at each one. None of them are outstanding by any measure, but decent for what you get. The government street one tastes best imo.

The Drusilla location is just outside our neighborhood. I go maybe once a year. I feel dirty every time I walk in the place. The good isn't good enough to bring me back more often.
