Why do so many people add sausage to crawfish boils? Never got that

i dunno. i dont ever eat it but people always want that crap in it.

ive basically eliminated it from my boils because of the cost. hey lets throw $30 worth of sausage in the garbage can because no one ate it, ugh

I always put sausage in. Rarely eat it myself.

Sausage & mushrooms are always the most seeked out. I eat a little bit of everything. Garlic being my favorite

Glad to know I'm not the only one who loves the garlic.

I've seen boiled eggs at Crawish boils in Bucktown. I think they boiled the eggs seperately, peeled them, then let them soak ?

Broccoli and asparagus is good too

5, never had an issue with too few.

The real prob comes when your number puts you between sacks, 8 folks and 32 pound sacks? I always miss on the high side

3-5 lbs pp if you have sides. 5 lbs Per person u won't run out
