Those look so interesting! Does the meat cook all the way through in that manner and is it the texture of a hamburger? Are they very greasy having cooked in the meat juices and fat?

They really do look tasty and I prefer ground meat when it comes to the meats. Seafood is a different story.

Top notch. I´ve heard of a taco being made as per order (fixins and everything, including cold veggie/fruits), being put in two tiny taco shells (double barrier/lining)and deep fried. I am told they´re awesome.

yeah the meat will cook all the way through so no worries, i let them sit for about 5 minutes on some paper towels to help soak up dat grease!
but they are in no way "greasy" just crunchy
ohh also don't cover the tacos when done they'll get soggy
