Looks delicious. How was it? I like jerky to be as dry as possible so that it is a timekiller to eat it. I also like alot of pepper. I would eat that jerky!!

The steaks you used to cook came close, sweetheart.
There's a regular at the RDV who makes his own jerky and brings it in every now and then. It's as good as any I've ever eaten.

What cut of meat did you use? I typically use cheap round steaks and cut them in thin strips.

Yeah I had some that weekend I first ran into you. I heard them talking about jerky and I interjected. They were talking about doing a food truck with jerky items. Before I knew it they were busting up homemade jerky. CSB
OP how long did you cook it ? I'm gonna try this once it gets a little cooler outside.

looks like youve got the basics covered. try some dales steak marinade instead of WS and soy sauce.
