I just checked on my Brett c. starter. Got a big ol pellicle going on.
Are you brewing with straight brett or is that getting adding to an already fermented beer? I ask bc if you are leaving it for a while, why bother with a starter? I am going to be adding the Roselare blend to a beer soon and thought about doing a starter but then said, why the hell go through that trouble. So insight would be interesting to hear.
Also, how did Zapp's go for y'all? I managed to not eat anything before hand and drink a little too much so I dont remember much of the festival.
