I made this for a friend and he loved it. I enjoyed it as well.

Yes. I'm sure it was a SMaSH beer.

Single Malt. Single Hop.

Great way to feel your way through various malts and hops.

I made one based off an IPA recipe that B used, just with lower OG and ibus.
47.5% 2-row
47.5% marris otter
5% carapils

Adjust your hop schedule to shoot for the ibus you want

I punched this recipe into brewers friend and it's only coming out to 2.7% ABV 1.028 1.007

You must be trying to make a 10 gallon batch or your efficiency is set way too low.

Damn page refreshed and I lost it. I think the efficiency was set at like 35% (default) I'll bump that up to 70-75 and see

Sunfish Pale Ale ALL GRAIN( critique please)

9lb 2-row
1lb Crystal 40
1lb flaked wheat
1lb rice hulls
1oz Delta pellets 60min
1oz Delta pellets 30min
.5oz Delta pellets 5min
1 vile Wyeast American Ale #1065

Mash 60 minutes @ 152

Target OG 1.057
IBU 42.4
SRM 8.2
ABV 5.8

How's this look to y'all?

looks good to me

If I made it, I would change that hop schedule and move the 30 minute down to 15 or so and use a full ounce at 5, or 1/2 ounce at 5 and another 1/2 at flameout

dry hopping it any?
