The vegans might not go for the feta, though I wouldn't tailor what I bring to their tastes. If they're also contributors, they can ensure they have something which fits their requirements by bringing a vegan dish.
If you can't heat the pizzas there, it might be better to bring something cold or in a crock pot. I don't know what the logistics are or how many you need to feed.

Ya, Darla's stew looks like a winner.

My wife had a girls' night and asked me to do a Greek themed dinner for them. I went with Yougurt marinated chicken kabobs and a lemon orzo pasta with chick peas.
Heard it went over well.

I'm guessing that if you are being asked to do a themed dinner, then I am not in your league.

A Greek inspired orzo side dish would be very easy. Even one with chicken for a main dish would be easy.

I went with the Serious Eats Greek Potato and Olive Stew suggested by Darla.
It tastes really good. I will let you know what people think.
Sorry no pictures. Posting them is too much trouble. I've given up.

The danger of recommending something is that people might hate it.
Good luck!

The Greek Potato and Olive Stew was a hit. I can recommend it for your next Greek potluck or themed night.
I want a new name for it though.
Thanks Darla!

Which recipe did you use?

The first one Darla posted from Serious Eats. I just doubled the recipe.

I will go with it!
I could also see putting a protein in it as well.
