According to City of Gonzales FB page this morning. CFL is a welcome addition IMO. I've read speculation of either in front of Home Depot or closer to Albasha on HWY 30.

BWW sucks, but Chik-fil-a is amazing. I don't like it being out by Highway 30, though. I hope they put it closer to Albasha's than the interstate because the traffic between the Hospital and Lamar-Dixon is ridiculous enough already.

They are doing some dirt work between Albasha and that storage facility on Hwy 30. I have no idea if that is it or not, but it seems very possible.

Heard a rumor that BWW on Bluebonnet will be relocating before long.

Only good thing about BWW is the late night option for decent wings.

BWW does not have even "decent" wings. Their food may be the worst of any major national chain. Fun place to watch a game, though. The only item on their menu that's even decent are the ribs, and they're not even as good as Chili's.

If so, someone should open a Flying Saucer in that space. Would make a killing.

The one around me has decent wings. I like them fried for about 25 minutes and dry rubbed, so it's hard to screw them up.

Well they are generally pretty dry., if that's your thing

Their wing quality is generally poor, but I have no shame in saying that some of their sauces are really tasty.

I like wings with a crunch, what can I say

I honestly like them slightly poached and then fried in peanut oil for a super crispy outside and juicy inside... but you aren't going to find many restaurants that put that much effort into wings. So I just tell them, "cook the hell out of them", and call it a day.

Great. More traffic.

I've never eaten at a BWW and rarely eat Chick-fil-a

Oh well, growth here is inevitable.

I'd agree. I've never been compelled to eat at one. CFL is in the family rotation though. My boys love the playground and I dig their spicy sandwich on occasion.

Agreed. I'm not sure what happened recently but they have definitely gone downhill.
