My favorite omelet might be a little disturbing to some. My parents used to have a horse farm back in the day. My favorite horse was named Crystallas. Tragically he broke a leg one day and had to be put down. My mom was making breakfast one morning, the usual omelet with sausage and cheese. It was the best omelet I ever had. I asked my mom what made it so special, was it the seasoning of the sausage or what? Well it turns out my parents didn't have a lot of money, so rather than let the horse go to waste, they decided to make use of the meat. Highly recommend trying it.

How was it cut up? Cubes?

It looks like good meat.
