Do you mean "low carb"? Even veggies have carbs.

Yes, I guess I meant low carb. I want to stay away from potatoes, pasta and rice and such.

Walden farms makes some great carb free dressings, dips and sauces

Liesssssss! It's a trick! Those dressings are terrible. They taste like chemicals marinated in the sweat of a diabetic coma with a faint hint of whatever it's supposed to taste like just to piss you off.

I haven't had that one.

But I do wonder about that stuff. If it has no carbs, no fat, and no calories, and it's low sodium, what the hell does it have?

That's the size of her feet, Paige looks like she's skiing when she walks around.

The point of sugar free low carb is to stay in ketosis

A "cheat" meal I use to do this is refried beans with cheese, slap-chopped habanero and lowfat sour cream.

Don't eat it every time but once a week is fine

Order the Vegetti that we all went and ordered . Then you can use zucchini as pasta and make pasta dishes.

Hamburger salad = everything you would put on your favorite burger, with lots of extra lettuce and no bun. Butter lettuce and arugula are a good combo for this. Grape or cherry tomatoes are good even when other tomatoes are not in season.

Stuffed bell peppers without rice. Use a combo of ground beef and Italian sausage (out of the casing) along with diced veggies like zuke, mushrooms, the trinity and a squirt of tomato paste and lots of your favorite spices. Throw in some pine nuts, stuff into the peppers, top with Parmesan or other cheese and bake.

Crustless quiche is awesome! Your favorite combinations of meat and veg in a quiche. You won't even miss the crust, I promise.

On my low carb days I do tuna, chicken, veggies, steak, tons of eggs.
Every low carb day I make a 4 egg omelet or 4 egg frittata with random veggies I may have, some chopped up deli ham or roast beef (Applegate is my brand) and a slice or 2 of bacon. Top with 1 serving of salsa or hot sauce.

I like most of Walden Farms stuff. By itself, it tastes funny. With food, it tastes perfectly normal to me.

There has to be something you can eat other than grilled chicken and veggies...

Cabbage goulash
This shite is delicious.

Some other ideas:
Get a veggetti and make 'noodles' out of zucchini for any pasta dish, like spaghetti or fettucini
Chili without beans
Eggplant lasagna (instead of lasagna noodles, use thinly-sliced and precooked eggplant)
Stir-fry without rice
Meatloaf

eta

When I was on Atkins, I tried a LOT of recipes from here. Most are pretty darn good, actually.

Make a burger using flatout wraps. 9 grams of fiber and only 7 net carbs.
