Shogun in Metairie. It's a Japanese family that owns it. I haven't been there in quite a while, but do remember good entrees.

Man it's been almost 50 years and most times as bottom/near bottom dwellers. Matthews will be an asset. I think he's a proven talent.

Kin has the best ramen in the city followed closely by Noodle and Pie
