wow that list is almost the same as our 1 1/2 yr old. We feed her cut up fruit (grapes / bananas. etc) She likes crackers, chicken, ground hamburger / turkey.
Oatmeal / waffles / scrambled eggs in the mornings.

Our 1yr old LOVES pizza.

He'll wake up out of his sleep if he hears a pizza commercial on tv.

my daughter loves pretty much all veggies

broccoli
carrots
zucchini
asparagus
sweet potatoes
etc

we just steam them a little bit to make them tender

other favorites are:
banana and honey sandwich
blueberries
cucumbers
greek yogurt covered raisins

she has been eating almost whatever we eat since she was over a year old

just start giving her whatever y'all eat and see how she does

the only time I will make something different for our daughter is when we make soup or something like that

her favorite "snack" at the moment is just raw arugula...she is kinda weird

At daycare my kid eats everything. Fruits, veggies, meats, sloppy joes. Everything.

At home, pretzels and cheerios. She just does not eat at home, I don't get it.

At that age she can eat pretty much whatever you do. We always fed our daughter what we ate.

Fruits and non-leafy veggies that she can eat with her hands or spoon: peas, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, kiwis, bananas, melon, cucumber, parsnips, and sweet potatoes.

Full fat greek yogurt mixed with berries or granola is good for breakfast and lots of eggs. Ground beef/chicken and delicate fish are good when they are younger so they dont have to chew as much.

Those little packets of fresh mozarella balls are great for on the go snacks.

be careful with honey for those too young.

But Salmon is right.

I had three kids by two diff women. Wife 1 had my views of food for kids, they ate what we ate ( with common sense exceptions of course...things with super strong flavors will over power a kids taste buds...but we are talking pretty rare selections like blue cheese, asparagus, etc) Kid 1 grew up with no food aversions and still eats healthier than her parents.

Wife 2 and kids 2 and 3. Wife 2(she loves that name), is a tremendous mother and wife...but thinks if the kids don't eat each and every meal....they die. So if they refuse their food, she prepares them an alternative. We try to keep it healthy and when we have time, we succeed in providing a good option. As life has gotten busier, we are falling into crap food because it is a little easier.

Long and short of it, kids should be able to eat, and enjoy the same foods as the parents.

The only thing my 18 mo won't eat is ice cream for some strange reason.

Just start giving her whatever you're eating and see if she likes / eats it.

Whatever he/she will eat.
My 2 year old loves broccoli, rice and gravy, taters and beans so we cook that a lot because most of the other stuff she likes isn't "healthy". I'm of the mindset that as long as she is eating and what she's eating isn't 100% crap then I'm good with it.

I have a little Coonass baby (17 mos). I make her eggs and boudin every Saturday. She demolishes gumbo and jambalaya. She also kills any seafood that we cook. It's been great.
Daily though, she eats some of what we eat at dinner time or we will make some simple stuff for her (grilled cheese or meat sauce and noodles). She also will eat the hell out of some Veggie Straws, mac and cheese, and Babybel's for snacks.
Breakfast is usually eggs cooked pretty much however, raisin toast, seasoned avocados, cheerios, oatmeal, or grits. She also loves bananas, strawberries, and yogurt.
Only crappy thing is that she gets a weird rash on her cheeks when she's had peanuts or sesame anything. The wife is a baby doctor so we have removed these products from the house. I could go for a PB&J right now!!
Hope any of this has helped.
