What product which suddenly got hit by the shrinking ray gun made you the angriest? (Im guessing a lot of ice cream comments are about to get posted)

I guess people could name some restaurants or other food places(Canes), but it seems like grocery store items haven't changed much.

The ice cream section is still littered with gallons of ice cream everywhere.

Not so. The half-gallons are now 48 or 56 ounces instead of 64.

Tuna fish is now 4.5 or 5 ounces instead of six.

There are still large packs of tuna fish that you can by.

The sizes of giant candy bars have shrunk. I miss the old big logs of snickers and three musketeers when I have the occasional candy craving. And while I'm at my Cadbury's fruit and nut has changed as well...and not for the better.

Buy fresh veggies, meats, and fruits and you don't have this problem outside of maybe something like ice cream.

Let me tell you something, brother! Say your prayers, take your vitamins and eat fresh produce and farm raised meats, brother!

While I do sometimes eat prepackaged stuff, i definitely didn't notice any reduction in packaging or quantities, and certainly not enough to make my blood boil.

And I do often go to the farmers market in downtown BR on Saturdays to get my produce.

Coffee. I used pick up a pound of coffee. Now I pick up 14oz. for more than I paid for the pound. Yeah yeah I get prices only go up on commodities like coffee but just jack up the price on my POUND of coffee.

Bacon. Many packages are 12oz instead of a pound.

Salmon in the envelope packages. I have a recipe for salmon cakes that calls for two 7.1-ounce packages, which was the large size from Chicken of the Sea at the time.

Over time, they have slowly shrunk the big packs down to 5 ounces. Sneaky bastards.

Every time I make the recipe, I have to read the packet weights and get the right combo of large and small packets.

I miss the good old days of a 5 dollar gallon of milk, instead of 5 dollar half gallons. And having a month til expiration doesn't make me feel better because I easily finish a half gallon in a week.

I hate it when I find a new recipe and it calls for X oz of whatever. I go to the store and find that item is now 2 oz less. So now I have to buy 2 and waste the rest or find something else to do with it.

Orange juice really made me angry when the price increased but the volume decreased.

Skittles and Doritos. Both packs contain about half what they used to
