FDB October Chopped Challenge: Deadline is October 20

I have tweaked the competition some, so here are the ingredients.
Please pick at least 3 of the following ingredients:
Hot Dogs
Salmon Filet
Beets (canned or fresh are acceptable)
Whole Milk
Arugula
Coffee
The Curveball: You must use at least one of the following:
Cherry Pepsi
Pizza Flavored Pringles
I consider this to be a pretty challenging ingredients. I hope its not too challenging, but that is a pretty...diverse list imo.
So again: You must have 4 total ingredients, 3 from the first list and one from the curveball. (but feel free to use as many as you would like)
You must make one cohesive dish with the ingredients. You can use anything else from the store or your pantry, just make sure the 4 ingredients you choose are incorporated in some way into the dish.
The deadline will be OCTOBER 20. All submissions must be fully formatted (all pictures wrapped in IMG tags, just as if you were going to post it) and submitted to fun.bunch504@gmail.com.
Feel free to discuss whatever you would like in this thread.

Yes, sorry I should have made that clear.
All submissions will be blind and voted on, then the person who does it is named after the fact.
Feel free to make as many submissions as you want.

I have not participated in the past, so my comments don't count much, but I like the way you are doing this.
The many days of nominations, etc. gets burdensome, especially to you I would guess.

As long as you use 3 of the other ingredients and one of the curveballs.
I'm trying to give some flexibility to people. But honestly I didn't even consider someone using another protein. We'll see how it goes.
