Is Zea's a chain?

I don't mind it if I'm in the area.

the coffee is money, I am always grumpy and hungover when we stop at the one on the way back from Orange beach so maybe I don't give it a fair shake.

Maybe you're not trying the right items .

They have pretty good breakfast options too.

I ate at Zea for lunch today. It totally deserves to be on the list.

As for Doe's, the only location I've ever been really impressed with is the original in Greenville

Yep I agree -- I requested it be included on the list in one of my other posts.

Quaker Steak & Lube (opening soon in Louisiana) is another one.

Another chain I love is Denny's. And if you're ever up north Eat N' Park kicks serious arse.

I had the Thai ribs, fried goat cheese w/ fig-onion jam & sesame crackers, Asian Almond shrimp, shrimp n' grits. All were stellar.

Hey guys, I probably won't be updating the list until tomorrow because I'm heading out for the game. Keep posting suggestions and I'll edit the list tomorrow

Waffle House

I ate at a Saltgrass in TX last week. Had a few very good apps with a generous amount if fresh jumbo lump crabmeat. Friends had burgers and philly cheese that looked good. Salads were good and service was excellent. I'd never heard of it.

Copeland's can be good, but it depends on what you order.

Same with Outback. There's a blue cheese chopped salad and pork tenderloin dish I like there. It's been over a year since I've been to one, though. I think folks like the prime rib there.
