100 smacks for a pumpkin beer? Dayum...
Well it is barrel aged and like 18%. But you could buy 5 12oz bottles for $60 instead of a 64oz growler for $100 plus the cost of the growler itself.

They should call it a black ipa and not an imperial stout.
Exactly what I was thinking. Pretty hop forward for an "imperial stout"

Is the Happy Ending the same beer just rebrewed every year? Remember not being impressed with it last year.
I assumed the wax coated bombers were somehow different though.
SBD: Rico Sauvin DIPA
Not digging the hop variety I guess. Hoppy, just not my thing.

Im not sure, but steins has 12oz non-wax bottles, i wasnt gonna wrestle with the wax of a bomber.

Interesting. I'm tempted to try the Sweet Water Happy Ending but not sure.

A much needed FBD after working hard is a Hop Stoopid. I am with you on this one. It is a really nice beer and a relative value.

You need to slow down before you get as old as 4miles.

Haven't been drinking lately as I'm trying to slim down and have been busy as of late.

I really need to cut back too for caloric reasons. Due to work and weather I have not been able to put in as many miles. The back appreciates it, but I've put on a few for sure.

This is better than I remeber it being last year when I had it on tap. Nice bright hops.... Might have to seek out another 6xer

Still finishing the bomber, but just cooked a flank steak for some fajitas. Turned out awesome.
