The Ode to Mercy was actually FBD.

How was this? I have had Invocation and almost picked up a growler of Eschaton earlier but went with Red Brick 21st Anniversary rum barrel saison.

They have 3 on tap currently

King Cake Ale- really get you with the cinnamon but not much else, rather flat even the brewer commented he wasn't happy with this current batch

Cafe Au Lait- strong coffee nose but fades fast, nothing on the back end but very drinkable

Intercostal IPA- ENGLISH IPA good but nothing great, very drinkable and something I would support because it is local

The whole Envie fiasco is a damn shame. I'm scared to buy it.

When I was at the brewery a couple days ago I asked a out the missing bottle dates, and when a fresh batch is expected. He said there should be a fresh batch hitting the shelves (or distributors at least) in the next week, and the bottles will be dated.

one of the better browns I've had. Really nutty, almost a hint of maple syrup to it. We dug it.

NBD is the 2014 BCBS

Actually got a little taster of a small local brewery, called Proof Brewing, session IPA called Proof In Session.
I post it because it is the best session IPA I've ever had, hands down. Bartender here says he believes they do not bottle or can, but will be looking more into this.

Was in Tallahassee about a year ago for work and first stop after I got off work around 4p was @ Proof Brewing. Cool tap room with a nice bottle shop next door / attached.

If you're there for a bit also check out Fermentation Lounge.

Does your apartment complex know you snapped a twig off of one of their courtyard pines and jacked an ornament from a hotel lobby?
