I'm still trying to decide how (and when) to brew a honey IPA
Though about going with a Stone IPA clone and adding the honey at 5 minutes, but maybe a less-hoppy-more-malty type of IPA would hold up better
Then again, I might try to make my own recipe

I'm not a big ballast point fan. Sculpin is avg IMO.....Dorado is pretty good but I javent seen it in a while.
