Sorry to hear Kim. My grandfather told me many years ago when my grandmother passed to not be sad because they are gone but to be happy for the time you got to spend with them. Its not an easy thing to do sometimes but he is right.

Sorry for you loss Kim. Haven't been posting lately but have been following the thread. It's terrible to lose a friend but hopefully you can find some comfort in the fact that you got to see him one last time

Just waking up here in rainy Tampa. Yes, this gives me some comfort. Thanks to all for the good thoughts.
Back to beer, his sister is his only family and I will likely consume many comfort beers with her today/tonight. We are flying back tomorrow evening.
