I always get a kick out of seeing Portland Growlers getting circulated in BR.

I got a package in the mail, today. Brash has landed in the PNW. Viva La BXN.

Who here has tried Maggie's Blackberry Cobbler Imperial Farmhouse Ale from Terrapin?

That combination or words is both alluring and frightening. I may have to try it.

I grabbed one today... It intrigues me. Seems like it gets kinda mixed reviews.

I enjoyed it when it was cold. Got weird as it warmed.

Not bad. A tad one-note with the sweetness. The "blackberry cobbler" is there but you have to close your eyes and search for it. Overall not a bad dessert beer for the hot summer months.

FBD and 2BD on the way is a Rahr and Sons summertime wheat. Decent little Hefe. Not many options in Temple TX. Wings aren't bad, neither is the barkeep. She doesn't have a beard through, so that ought to speak to the quality of the beer menu.

Yeah, the draft beer selection at restaurants/bars kind of sucks. The Spec's has some good options, though.
