No BD for me, but the triple IPA session last night will have to carry me for a couple of days...

Finally found this in BR @ Matherne's on Bluebon/Perkins - had this at Tommy's in hammond years ago but it disappeared, finally get to have it again tonight!

Home drinking tonight as it's my Friday, also have NOLA Brown Ale and Tin Roof Parade Ground in the fridge. Going to be a good night.

They put it in plastic bottles. I thought he said it was a pale ale, is it an IPA ?

I had those leftover growlers that Jax sent, this reminds me of those, call it what you will. This would fit right in with those beers -- crux half hitch, hop a wheelie, etc. I get its just a little LA brewery but this is right up my taste alley

2BD was a 30-90 because I can't get enough of that candle flavor

3BD back home is a Tin Roof Parade Grounds Porter

Fun story, I have a student that annoys the hell out of me because he says absurd phrases without provocation at random points throughout the lesson. "Guys, get out a sheet of paper and--" "TURKEY BACON!"

It's pretty absurd, kinda funny, but also annoying. He started with turkey bacon, then moved on to Sacagawea after a few weeks, and has recently uncovered his newest infatuation -- "truffle butter." That put me in a really awkward situation today because he played like a total dumbass when I asked him to stop. "Mr. Yeezy, what's wrong with saying truffle butter?" "Shut up, kid, just don't say it." "But why? It's just truffle butter!"
