FBD

picked up these and some bourbon barrel ones earlier. This ones a little thin IMO. looking forward to the barrel aged one though.

Keep in mind the barrel will do nothing to help the body. It's just a thin beer. And while you don't get a ton of barrel flavor from it, the BBA version tastes very good.

Hell. If anything a barrel might thin it up some more.

That's why we use a TenFIDY clone for our barrel aged brews.

I think the sweet spot for those are around 6 months. They are really balanced at that point.

Went to parish hoping for ghost on tap, (well is dry) but did check out the new crowler machine in action. All beers on tap can be filled at $6, specials $10 was told no limit
Sweet deal on 32oz

I'm swinging was thinking of swinging by Parish on Thur when I was in the area, hoping to score a ghost crowler. Sad to hear its gone. How fresh is that batch of Envie? I would settle for that if it was mad fresh
