Thanks for all the kind words and prayers I am not worthy. I am going to kick this things arse. If not for me then for my wife and triplets that are at home.
I was very fortunate to catch this when I did heart disease can be asymptomatic and I urge all of you to get yourself checked out. I had a clean stressed as last year, and a normal just a couple of months ago. We only caught this because my wife, who is a nurse, insisted that I get a nuclear stress test this year.
I have spent most of the last 8 years on the road for work. The stress and bad habits that I developed caught up with me. I have really been working on improving my diet and exercise routine since I moved to Portland. I need to redouble my efforts.
I'll be back soon.
