Good haul at Specs today, probably a bit too much...

This was the prize of the haul. Beer manager got it from the back for me.

FBD Dr Hoptagon at the Pub. Damn this is good, more of like a hoppy stout this may rival ICS as the best beer brewed in LA.

Paging Tiger Ryno or other SW Houston people, any good beer places to hit up Friday afternoon or for the game Saturday? Looking for something other than Flying Saucer in the Sugar Land area

That would knock me on my arse for sure. Probably will save for another day. Wish i woulda got that or the green bullet instead of this pale, it's not bad but it's makes me realize how I'm not the biggest fan of ginger

I don't go out that way very often, but the only other beer-centric place I know of is Barrel and Brew in the Fountains off 59. Decent beer list(a lot of locals) and a nice outdoor seating area if it's not too hot.

Guru Burgers and Jupiter pizza are other options, but they don't have near the selection as Flying Saucer or Barrel and Brew...the food is better though.

Those are called "Lady Beers". The 64 ounce bottles are called "Man Beers". You need to start drinking "Man Beers", man...
