Dean, can you still beer shop for your trip?

Yes, and actually I haven't done any beer shopping as of yet.

Hit me up with my user name at live dot com.

I have a box from France 44 filled with beer that I plan on checking. Is that smart?

I'm really getting perturbed with all the uber beer snobbery..........I can see why the portland hipsters revolted and started drinking PBR.

Poor Whip In...they're like live Oak. They just want to brew beer and smoke pot. They don't give a shite about anything else. Dogfish head had to go all corporate douchebag on them.

That's funny. All the bottle shops up here refuse to carry A-B products, but they carry PBR...

If DFH was really about the growth of craft beer they would nut up and do a collaboration with them for the next Namaste. Similar to what Avery and Russian River did when they had the conflict with Salvation.

Whip In is the coolest craft beer place in austin. They just started brewing on premises in addition to the normal awesome beer selection from other breweries. The place was a convenience store owned by an Indian family. The son went to Cal Berkley and stayed out there until the parents got so old he had to move back to help them run the store. But he was bit by the craft beer bug in the Bay area so turned the convenience store into a craft beer mecca. He called the his Brewery Namaste. Sam no likey.
