They're pretty damn good man. Both of them. They are my favorites so far of the beers I bought since I got here.

Bell's THA is one of my favorite beers.

Halfway done with this timber beast. I don't remember enjoying it this much the first time I had it. Really great beer!

Getting one this week through the BXN. Can't wait!

Got mine through the BXN as well. Was not expecting it AT ALL. LoneStarTiger is a great person to trade with. Can't wait to try his homebrew.

I need to try this one from the bottle. I had a couple drafts at Bulldog last week and I did not pick up much hops at all. Slightly hoppy, but mainly nice roasted smells/flavors.

You would think on tap would be fresher.

I wasn't the hoppiest black IPA I have had, but certainly hoppier and better structured than others of the style I've tried.

I liked it, but I was expecting more hops.

i mean if you like Doppelbocks then yeah. The Doppel richness is much for me (but that's a style issue not this beer issue)

The smoked malts add a nice spicy character to the taste (think subtle rye) plus some smoke (obviously).

TBD Lagunitas Red. Nice! Wife liked the Pliny so I shared. What's a fella to do? I'm proud of her actually.
