What are your favorites? Mine are (in no particular order):

Crystal Hot Sauce (lower sodium and good for price)
Cajun Power Garlic Sauce
Tiger Sauce (love this stuff on my lasagna or spaghetti)
Camellia dry kidney beans
Blue Runner canned kidney beans
Community Coffee Dark Roast
Kary's and Savoie's dry roux (in jar)
Blue Plate mayo
Slap Ya Mama low sodium seasoning

Never realized that Blue Plate mayo was originally a Louisiana product.

Luxury brand pasta is another product that I didn't realize was LA based.

Before the explosion of boutique coffees, Community Coffee was a precious commodity out of state.

Elmers Easter candy (all of it).

These are probably from China, packaged to look like they're from Louisiana. Boudreaux's, Thibodeaux's etc are all Chinese crawfish.
