I burned a pot roast in the pressure cooker last week....boy was that difficult to scrub out.

Reminds me of when my ex-MIL spent a bunch of time on a fish chowder for Xmas and then proceeded to pour the carton of eggnog instead of cream into the pot because the ole bird wasn't wearing her glasses. I looked over when she pouring and thought...hmmmm...that's an odd color for cream.

2 alarm with a can of kidney beans and browned onion is the go to. I use all of the seasoning packets but only 3/4 of the red pepper.
