Its supposed to be really good. I will try all of them. We are eating most nights in EPCOT so I'll be visiting that booth often.

Is the ESPN zone the best spot for the Auburn game? You may be seeing me there...

I think so. It's really the only place on the grounds, other than your hotel, to watch it. Also, being the 6pm (7pm their time) ESPN game we'll be on the big screen in the main room with the sound. The last 2 times I've been there for a game there's always been a really good LSU crowd.

This is at the ESPN CLUB on the boardwalk right? Not the ESPN GRILL at the Wide World Of Sports?

We'll be at Epcot 2 nights, Halloween 1 night and not sure about Saturday. I'd prefer ESPN but I might just stay at the park with the family.

We are doing 8 days. We normally do 10 but I had to burn some vacation earlier this year. We like to stay a while.

Yes. ESPN Club on The Boardwalk. You need to get there pretty early though to make sure you get a spot inside because the place is only so big. They do not take reservations. They suggest 2 hours before your game. We plan on getting there around 5:30ish Saturday.

Just remember when you get there to tell the people at the door you'd like to get into the main room. Otherwise you'll go from watching it on this

to this

Yeah, we saw photos of the inside and were planning on a couple hours early. How's the food? Drink costs?

The food is ok. It's just bar food really. We usually stick with the nachos and/or burger. I've had the pulled pork and hot dog but they were terribly greasy and made me feel like shite. The drinks are stupid so we usually just get a few. For instance. A bottle of Purple Haze is $6.50. A pitcher of Bud Light is something like $15. The mixed drinks are from $8-$10.

Ain't nothing cheap in Disney. You just have to pace yourself. Our routine is usually something like sit down about 2 hours before the game and order a pitcher and some nachos. Watch whatever game is on then and then about 45 minutes before kickoff order our meal and another pitcher. Eat right before kickoff and then order another pitcher at halftime.

Sounds like a good plan!

With the prices, logistics, crappy food, mainstream beer, and hassle you just outlined above, its pretty much like just going to the game.

Except before the game I can ride Soarin and Test Track and after the game I can head over to Magic Kingdom until 2am instead of driving back to Algiers.

One thing I will tell you is if it's a night game you have to pay attention to transportation issues. If it's a night that EPCOT and MGM close early it can be a little tricky to get back to your hotel. Disney doesn't have buses that go from hotel to hotel. You'll have to catch a bus to another park or to Downtown to get back to your hotel. Just something we ran into a few years ago.

Yeah, I guess it will depend on how late the game is. We will just cab it from one of the Boardwalk hotels if needed. EPCOT is open till 10 that night and MK till Midnight.
