Better than waiting in a subway. Italian night is a pretty damn good sandwich

I would have hoped he had attempted to aspire to a higher goal than this idea contains. He has been in NOLA long enough to know the difference between a chain versus local po-boy business.

He knows what makes him money. I don't think he cares. Plus Jimmy Johns is pretty good for what it is, plus the delivery is clutch.

why aren't there more poboy delivery places? I know there were a few in the 90's. I guess business didn't work out for them. But it sure was nice.

I know if I operated a restaurant that wasn't a real nice place, you know just something simple, I'd for sure offer delivery. At least within a certain radius of the place.

Jimmy Johns is great. Fresh ingredients and bread. Tough crowd here.

Are the going in the old Wow spot?

We now have a JJs, Firehouse, Subway, and Which Wich within a mile or so, and I've never been to any of them.

The tenders have gotten smaller. The sauce is overrated.

It's an investment, not an aspiration to local cuisine. But, yes, Jimmy John's is not very good. I've eaten a JJ's sandwich a couple of times in an emergency because they'll deliver to my office in about five minutes no matter what time of day.

Needs to bring his cap hit down and bring Jimmy Graham to the Saints for 5 years.
