I will be dining at DM tomorrow evening. Looking for some honest feedback on any must have dishes or things I should stay away from..

TIA

They make a great Old Fashioned. Carpaccio appetizer was A1 and the steaks were fantastic. Don't think you can go wrong with any of their beef selection.

31 day 55 ounce bone-in ribeye.

I haven't been there but this is what I would get.

The only thing I don't like about Doris Met is that they don't have bacon.

A couple of suggestions:

Beetroot Supreme
Cheese and walnut filling, crème fraîche glaze, mascarpone-ricotta cream. If you like beets, you'll love this, if not, you will still enjoy it.

Classified cut I believe was hanger steak and out of this world .

I love how they serve the filet with a marrow bone.

Try out their Israeli wine which are surprisingly good.

This thing looks awesome. So many of the apps look good, really.

I've heard mixed reviews about the place, so I was apprehensive, but I've gone ahead and reserved it for Christmas night. Is the classified cut always the same cut or does it change?

The classified cut is ribeye cap. You can get it at Costco for $18.99 a lb.

Sweetbreads
Longest aged strip
2 Glasses of the Roagna Barolo Chinato

This is what I typically order there. It is a great meal. Sometimes I will switch out the strip for a ribeye.

It's awesome, one of my favorite places in town right now. There are two unnamed cuts. The butcher's cut is the hanger, and the classified cut is the ribeye cap. The beet bomb is awesome. Tuna carpaccio too. Drink lots of martinis and wine.
