Went there with my dad last year, the one in North Fort Worth on I35W.

Sucked arse. Wings have no flavor and were too dry. Almost as bad as Buffalo Wild Wings

I have a very select few number of places I will eat wings at, otherwise I just make them myself

I'd rather go to Bullchicks off Coursey. They give a shite about your food and their sauces are the best imo.

They also have like 15 levels of spice flavor.

Wingzone was always superior but college aged drunks gave Pluckers the upper hand.

I got a to go order from the Bluebonnet location a couple weeks ago. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to ring me up because the employees were putting in personal orders for themselves. I shite you not when I say there were almost 10 employees standing at the front desk and not one acknowledged me for 5 minutes.

Their method of seating customers (at Bluebonnet) is a total clusterfrick

Went for late night food recently and the wings were burnt. I sent them back saying they were burnt and the waiter said "oh sorry" and took them back to the kitchen where they obviously flash fried the same wings in hot grease COOKING THEM MORE. brought them back and I asked for the check.

Never going back

When pluckers is on point, best wings in br (besides maybe TJ Ribs) imo. Lunch time they are usually fresh and service is good, but in the last year or so the dinner service has become horrible and the wings come out undersauced and/or cold. I've had wings be overcooked and cold..

I always go to Bluebonnet bc it's a mile away from my house. Haven't been to Nicholson in forever.

Pluckers at Bluebonnet, I refuse to go.
I still like the one on Nicholson but it has been hit or miss with quality lately
Buffalo Wild Wings is horrible, went to do take out and the workers were eating while completing my order

Your first mistake was going to the one on Bluebonnet. Nicholson location is almost a completely different restaurant and experience (in a good way).

Unfortunately, the underlying issue is that wing places typically attract lower income crowds. Lower income crowds tend to tip less, thus the good servers end up leaving for higher paying jobs. The Nicholson location is different because most of the servers that are employed there are college kids due to its proximity to campus.

Of course management is also an issue because I don't think they give a frick.

There is a noticeable difference between the BWW in Gonzales and the BWW on Bluebonnet that accounts for the better service and experience.
