If I'm drinking vodka it's a bloody mary so it really doesn't matter. I have a handle of Smirnoff for me but I do keep the more expensive stuff for friends that drink martinis.

Titos for us in everything. 6xs distilled and very smooth. Few years back here in nashvegas, was introduced by our local spirits store.

Last nite this thread made me want to go get a bottle. They didn't have my Moon Mountain so I tried Sobieski... And damn, that stuff is good when chilled and shot. No hangover this morning either. $8.99

I have a good friend who is a professional bartender, and nationally recognized. He told me that Vodka is much like wine. If you do your homework, you can find a really good bottle for cheap. Small batch, copper distilled vodkas are high quality.

Actually, I've been drinking inexpensive Smirnoff Triple Distilled straight and it's not half bad. So why put the Ketel or Crystal Head in a Bloody Mary?

If I drink vodka, it's normally smirnoff. Just a really good vodka for the price, imo.
