i don't, but i need to start (per the neurologist). research shows a definite correlation between fueling the brain in the morning and prevention/delay of dementia which runs in my family.

anyway, i'm just not hungry in the mornings...i'll drink a couple cups of coffee and then usually dont eat until midday or afternoon. i ate a biscuit on the way to work this morning and now i feel full and bloated LOL

help me out FDB, i need something i can eat in the mornings with calorie fuel that isnt filling

I'd argue that days without eating is better for humans than eating every day but what do I know.

And something like bacon and eggs , not carby delicious stuff like biscuits

Maybe you could try bulletproof coffee. You get your calories with no bloat. Coconut, MCT, ghee, butter or something similar in your coffee.

And there's lots of proof that it "may" have other benefits. But it's hard to sort or the noise/pseudoscience from fact regarding the benefits.

I usually cook a pack of link sausage on Sunday night to take to work for the week. I'll eat a couple of links of that with some type of fruit and a granola bar most mornings. I also will buy the Kroger brand frozen English muffins with ham egg and cheese some weeks and take that to work to eat with some fruit. Also have some oatmeal packs in my desk

I eat it everyday.

3/4 cup egg whites and one whole egg. I mix it up and do steel cut oats every once in a while or one of those breakfast in a cup 210 to 280 calorie meals. I usually add two eggs to those because one leaves me hungry.

I usually eat a piece of toast or two with butter and honey or jelly. Sometimes I eat two scrambled or runny eggs with one piece of toast (with butter and honey or jelly). Sometimes I just grab an apple or banana.

I work out every morning, so I'm pretty hungry around 7 AM.

Chalk this up to my current location, but I just had a couple of slices of cold Giordano’s deep dish pizza for breakfast.

I typically don't eat breakfast, but I keep some cups of whole fat greek yogurt (fage has the best protien to sugar ratio) and granola in my mini fridge in my office for days where I feel the need to eat something before lunch

During the week, I make a smoothie every morning. Low carb, high in fat and protein.

Weekends I usually cook some bacon and eggs. A smoothie if I don’t feel like cooking.

Please find any reputable study that indicated this and post the link.

I don't give a shite if the guy eats breakfast or not, but if he doesn't want to some bs isnt a reason to start doing it.

And you, a 50 something overweight baw, who hasn't seen his own pee pee in 2 decades telling me I don't know anything about H/F is laughable
