Taco Tuesday

If there wasn't a 1 hour wait every time I tried hitting up Rum House on a Tuesday, I'd roll there

Breakfast for dinner....hash browns (the cheapest frozen kind always seem to turn out best), bacon, a cheese omelet, fresh fruit salad. Up the veg content by drinking bloody marys in the evening.

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp. We use emerils recipe and serve it on pepper-jack cheese grits.

Which ones do you use and how do you prepare those?

If I'm using pre-shredded, I use the bags and they come out very well, surprisingly. I like them very crispy on the outside.
