Thanks! I have some hoisin sauce in the fridge and we pretty much always have OJ (or I imagine fresh lemon or lime juice would work just fine)

Really easy salmon. Been cooking it this way for 10 years.

1. Cook on a griddle. Like one of those pancake griddles.

2. Get it really hot, throw som olive oil on it.

3. Rub your salmon filet with rosemary, kosher salt, garlic flakes and black pepper.

4. Place on griddle. Flip after about 3-4 mins depending on how thick your salmon is.

Rest for about 2 minutes. Then eat.
