The idea that a $5 milkshake is expensive has already become rather quaint.

Well that just shows you how out of touch I am with the milkshake scene. I can't remember the last one I had.

I will go through a pralines and cream milkshake like I'm going to the electric chair.

I think they dropped it to $10. I guess the sticker shock was too much for some folks. Not that I'm paying for a $10 milkshake.

Also, Belle's Diner in the Quarter has legit boozy milkshakes.

Belle's Dinner is a dirt filled grease pit. I can't opine on the shakes, but the food sucks.

Dearman's shakes were like $4. And they were great. Can't wait for them to reopen.

Pulp Fiction was 22 years ago. A $5 milk shake in 1994 would be roughly equivalent to an $8 milk shake in 2016 dollars, so Vincent would probably think it was a bargain.

Still too expensive. I have yet to find a milkshake I believe to be reasonably priced. Maybe I'm just a tightwad who can't justify spending money on something I know is that bad for me...especially since I'm mildly lactose intolerant.
