How about you take a look inside. Or what's on the actual menu. Or the dress code or lack thereof. Nope, obviously it's fine dining. Every nice steakhouse has a wooden deck for people to eat on

I never called it fine dining nor nice.
I get your point. Just don't understand how you're failing to see mine; that everyone says they're not a steak house yet they call themselves one. Whether they are, in reality, akin to a Ruth's, Morton's, et. al. it's obvious they are not. Just not sure what their marketing strategy is trying achieve.

Maybe they're advertising that they serve steaks. Much the same way that Outback calls themselves a steak house. I mean, I really had to think outside the box to come up with that.
