bullshite. The OP is a well known try hard on the OT (see his sleeve tats).

Anyway, his food looks as nasty as his kitchen does. I'm not eating that shite.

You're telling me MY OPINION is bullshite simply because you don't agree with it?

I have no idea nor do I care about his OT cred. He posted a recipe that some disagreed with...ingredients and techniques used...and several were complete assholes to him instead of offering constructive critiques and/or advice. And Sid, among others called them on it. That, in my opinion, was spot-on.

My bisque is made with a roux yet instead of being a dickhead and slam the guy for his, I chose not to comment on it. This board would be 100x's better if others practiced that, or just critiqued constructively.

I'm just saying all the white knighting over 911's crawfish vomit froth is uncalled for. He deserves everything he gets.

Im not knighting for his CVF.

Let me put it like this: lets say you got a dogshit ugly old lady buy hey, you love the ole gal because she makes great frosted flakes. How would you take it if your buddy walked up and said hey man, I been meaning to tell you...your old lady is so gotdamn ugly it's unbelievable! Wouldn't the thing to do is for him to just keep his opinion to himself? Or put you on blast?

I make two roux-based dishes that are very similar to the other bisques on this board - one is crawfish etouffee and the other is crawfish stew. This one makes no attempt to be similar to those in any way, and the taste is far superior to any crawfish dish I've eaten in any restaurant. I really don't give a flying frick if you ever try this recipe - it is simply your loss.
Oh, and zip up....your jealousy is showing.
Go back to the OT with the other pretenders.

Jealousy is a very strong emotion, and it's hilarious how it motivates some of you to pursue my dick to each and every board I post on.

Jealous OT'ers.

I have read the forums long enough before joining to remember his username. He claims to be a dentist too. I don't know many dentists that have full tattoo sleeves.

Red vs brown is always an argument here...

May I make an additional controversial suggestion?

Serve it over short or medium grain rice

Anyone can have an opinion. Just don't be mad when people call it out for being stupid and trollish.

I'm wondering what alter you are...

I cooked this today for some neighbors that went through the flood. It came out unbelievable and might be one of the best recipes I have ever done. They were very appreciative. Thank you for posting

That was a nice gesture. Must have been some hungry people.

Kidding.
