Only fast food place that their workers(white, black, asian, hispanic, whatever) are extremely professional and nice to the paying customer! Props to them.

How does the app work for to go orders? Do they have it ready and bring it out to you allowing you to bypass the drive-thru line?

It's like the Starbucks app. Can order remotely, use the app to pay, restaurant locator. Pretty cool, can customize just about everything on the menu.
Last month they were giving away a free sammich for first time users.

I like the food ok, but must be ordering the wrong thing. Nothing I've had justifies the lines I see there.

When you go there and order a chicken sandwich, ask for them to make it fresh. It might take a bit longer, but when they make it, it will be piping hot, crispy, juicy, and much better. It is a little trick that really improves the sandwich.

Stuff like this grinds my gears. "Make it fresh". You're paying $8 for a sandwich, fry, & drink. Besides, any CFA that I've been to has so much demand, the food doesn't have time to sit around and get cold.

A 20 person line or a ten car line is still half the wait time when compared to wait times of fewer people or fewer cars at other fast food chains.
