There is a #2 bag of Camellia beans begging me to cook it but I don't want to make the usual RB&R. I'm considering attempting to make frijoles charros or Charro Beans. Anyone have any pointers? Cheers!

Hard to beat beans w/ham, bacon, AND sausage (charro beans) in it. I use pinto beans in mine.

I love charro beans but no one sells good ones here
