Cap or hat in the pelican house?

Wondering if you're able to wear a baseball or golf cap to pelican house?

Churchills actually doesn't allow hats after a certain time.

Yes. Has to be frontwards or backwards. As my engineer friend found out when he tried going in flat billed and a little side to side. I laughed.
