How long does it last? I bought some Monday and forgot to check expiration.

I think it normally has a 7 to 8 day expiration date from the time of purchase...It's good stuff, but I've slacked off on buying it lately because I've grown a little tired of it.

That stuff turns over every day in Calvin's, so I can't imagine that you bought one that would expire by today unless it was stuck in the back somewhere. You should be fine and you should see an expiration date on the container, as well.

Oh man, if only I knew what was in that stuff - I'd market that stuff nationwide and get everyone in the country addicted to it like we are. Dolla, dolla bills y'all!

I think it has crack in it or something else that makes me euphoric. Otherwise, I don't know. All I know is that it's my favorite and I'm not a chicken or chicken salad lover.

What is this fried chicken shite. That is not true. And yes it freezes well, just doesn't thaw real well.

I have not. It doesn't last that long in my house.

I don't think they use fried chicken either.

Calvin's chicken salad has a paste like texture and is really tasty. I'm normally a chunky chicken salad lover, but this stuff is just too good..Martini say's the secret is a packet of something common, but I can't recall the name of the stuff. So you could probably make your own...Ask Martini.

Martini thinks they use a Swanson's chicken salad seasoning mix or something similar. I haven't been able to find that mix anywhere or on their site. It's really not a highly seasoned mixture.

That's why I don't think they use that in addition to the fact that it's not highly seasoned. At least, it's not to me.
