I think City Pork on Perkins has boudin in their deli case.

Non-existent if you are looking for homemade. There used to be a Ronnies in pville, but I think it shut down.

I always wondered why Baton Rouge is so lacking in boudin being close to the boudin center of the universe.

Alexander's Market usually has smoked boudin in their hot display near the deli.

It's good stuff.

I think Rouse's boudin is excellent.

There's no good boudin out there.

The best boudin in EBR is Ronnie's on Florida near Sharpe.

Runner up is Capital City Crawfish on Government Street at Community College Road. They use Poche's boudin from Breaux Bridge, which is always solid.

Jerry Lee's boudin isn't as good, but it's decent. They're in. Central. Their hogs head cheese is the goat, however.

Bergeron's regular boudin isn't good, but their smoked is excellent. They're on LA 415 in Port Allen.

Bellou's boudin is mediocre at best, but their hogs head cheese is legit. They're on scenic highway near Chippewa.

Tony's boudin is garbage, and their boudin balls are just ok. They're on Plank.

Try Chris's Specialty Meats in Prarieville. I haven't tried theirs yet, but their stuff is generally really good.
