Boiling vs. grilling sausage for RB&R

Boiling is faster.

That is the only advantage of boiling.

Explain the process and reasoning behind grilling the sausage for rb&R

This is what I do, too.

Boiling sausage is never ever the right answer. Boiling any meat is a sacra lodge.

You know you spelled a word wrong when the spell check finishes a sentence that way.

This is key. How you brown it is up to you, but you need that maillard reaction to occur. Boiling sausage does not give you this.
