Two balls and scoop of Cracklins almost everytime I pass by on the way to god's country in NorLa.
They got me hooked on the Pepper Jack balls. They are fantastic. Crunchy on the outside, peppery boudin with that melted cheese....FANTASTIC. Plus they are the size of a regulation baseball.

I get them n krotz fairly often. Boudin at bourques - boudin balls at billys. Winner. Now they they are doin pepperjack stuffed, even better
